TULSA, OK - A would-be burglar made a bad decision in his choice of homes to attempt to rob.
Police say Gregory Hytche was confronted by the homeowner _ and off-duty Tulsa police officer.

Officers say the off-duty officer found Hytche trying to steal items from his garage in east Tulsa yesterday and fought with him until other officers arrived.

Hytche is now in the Tulsa County jail on 97-hundred-50 dollars bail on complaints of larceny after a felony conviction, aggravated assault and battery, resisting arrest and possession of drug paraphernalia
