A PERTH man has been charged with drink driving three times in 24 hours, his menacing spree ending with a bizarre incident at a police station.
The 46-year-old was first stopped by Boddington police, in the Perth hills on Saturday night, and charged with driving under the influence and driving with a suspended licence.
He was spotted driving his car again a short time later and arrested for drink-driving, police said.
The man's car was impounded in the Boddington police station but early on Sunday morning, the man allegedly jumped over the fence of the police station, broke open a padlock on a back gate and drove away in his car.
He was caught and arrested again three hours later and charged with three counts of driving under the influence; three counts of driving while under suspension and one charge of trespass.
He's been refused bail and will appear in the Perth Magistrates Court today.

FBS where they just waiting till they could add murder to the charge?
Australians seem to know how to catch drunk drivers. It appeared to be a bit harder to keep a 46-year-old Boddington from getting back on the road after being caught allegedly drink driving three times in a single day. For his first arrest, he blew a 0.194, almost four times the legal limit. He was then caught an hour later driving along the same road and the cops took his car away. Not to be one to let the law win, police say the man broke into the Boddington Police Station in the early hours of Sunday morning, retrieved his car, and drove away. He was arrested a third time later that morning and charged with drink driving, trespass and driving without a license.

David Holdsworth, of 930 Allegro Lane in Apollo Beach, survived after his Chevrolet Camaro spun out of control and crashed with another car on Feb. 28. Thirty-two-year-old Samuel Garcia of Riverview died at the scene.Garcia was stopped in his own Chevrolet at Apollo Beach Boulevard when the Camaro slammed into his car after hurtling down the road at a speed faster than 75 miles per hour, sheriff's spokeswoman Debbie Carter said. The posted speed limit on Apollo Beach is 35. Today, Holdsworth was charged with DUI manslaughter, DUI with serious bodily injury and two counts of property damage.Though he is now 18, his age at the time of the crash led deputies to book him into the Juvenile Assessment Center, a detention center for minors.

Its shocking to read such story about a three time DUI in the same day. I would rather just walk home or ask for a ride.
