Seriously, Some Thoughts On Firearms Safety

The G-Man was reading one his regular blogs over the weekend and mentioned that he wished more folks would remember and follow the Four Cardinal Rules. He then related a story that a friend of his had shared a little more than 20 years ago. Long story short, his friend suffered a bullet in the ankle because an acquaintance didn't follow the cardinal rules. The resulting injury didn't allow his friend to continue his promising career as a sheriff's deputy. He had to choose another path. We're just glad that he's alive and could choose another career path. It could have been much worse.
