Students Sue over T-Shirt Contest

OK, maybe not criminal per se, but none-the-less quite humorous.

Now that I’ve taken care of the serious business, I can move onto today’s more light-hearted decisions, like Judge Posner’s Seventh Circuit opinion rejecting an appeal by a group of gifted students in Chicago who were suspended for wearing their unsuccessful entry into the school’s t-shirt contest.
