Police Arrest Postal Carrier for Peeping
SALT LAKE CITY - A U.S. Postal Service carrier was arrested after police say they caught him peeping into windows in a Capitol Hill neighborhood.

Matthew C. Stones, 29, was arrested by an officer who found him crawling in the concrete window wells of an apartment shared by several women in their 20s, police spokesman Dwayne Baird said.
Stones was charged Monday with lewdness, a class B misdemeanor. Police said he was dressed in his postal service uniform but hadn't yet started his shift.
